If you’re very religious in a certain kind of way… you may very well like this book.
If not… well… not.
The problem isn’t exactly the book but rather the man, who you and I both know doesn’t read, recommending a religious book to the American public.
As top bureaucrat Donald Trump sets an example for the rest of the Federal Government bureaucracy… a bureaucracy that is not supposed to support or repress any religion.
Oh… and the other man.
Robert Jeffress.
He says some pretty insane things.
And it’s probably not appropriate for the President of the United States to be promoting a man who says stuff like…
“These players ought to be thanking God that they live in a country where they’re not only free to earn millions of dollars every year, but they’re also free from the worry of being shot in the head for taking the knee like they would be in North Korea,”¹
But hey, he’s in good company since Donald Trump has also recommended David Clarke’s book and a book about himself.
