Have Disney’s Lorcana Booster Boxes Reached Bottom?

Disney’s Lorcana opened with a bang.

It quickly sold out at game stores and card shops across the country and the price of the first booster box released, The First Chapter, skyrocketed to over $400 each. But now as time has passed and print run sizes seem to be more appropriate than the first run prices for all of the current booster boxes have fallen.

Have prices reached the bottom for these booster boxes? I think so. Probably. Maybe.

Disney Lorcana: The First Chapter Booster Box $217

With a current price of $217 and a low price of $155 within the last year and a high price of $402, it looks like prices have stabilized around the $200 mark. The First Chapter will always be more expensive than the booster boxes that follow simply because it is the first. It basically has a historical premium.

Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn Booster Box $115

Another $400 booster box, Rise of the Floodborn has seen a huge decline in price. It has lost $280 in value since introduction. Currently the price seems to have bottomed and hovers consistently around $120 to $130. Those prices have been consistent for months.

Disney Lorcana: Into the Inklands Booster Box $115

Into the Inklands starting price was $222 and has rapidly declined to its current level of $115. This is about the lowest price you can get for this booster box!

Disney Lorcana: Ursula’s Return Booster Box $128

Currently taking preorders, the price is a reasonable $128. That’s definitely close to its actual value to the consumer. I doubt you’ll see a much better price for this booster box.

So ultimately Lorcana’s prices have cooled off to much more reasonable levels. I hope the more moderate pricing continues!
