Crassus goes to Parthia to meet his maker at the Battle of Carrhae. Rome is falling apart so bad that Pompey is elected sole Consul. And in Gaul a young man called Vercingetorix betrays Caesar

At the end of the day Pompey wasn’t such a bad guy, Caesar wasn’t that great, and Rome kinda sucked. But hey, whatever. If you wanna kiss Julius Caesars butt that’s up to you.
