Currently sitting at a price of $115, or $4.80 per pack, the rarity collection is only slightly off its all time high of about $120. This is compared to just over $90 on January 5th. A $30 gain isn’t trivial in just a few months time.
Maybe supply is being constrained finally, sending the price up. It is a popular set and I imagine a good number have been ripped open by now.
Regardless, higher prices are bad news for collectors… Good news for investors though. I imagine Konami will reprint the set ultimately given its popularity.
