Will Sunbreon drop in price?
Yes, probably, is the answer to that.
As we get going here and more and more Prismatic Evolutions packs are opened we’re going to see a dip in the price of raw Sunbreon cards. We’ll then start seeing more and more PSA graded Sunbreons start coming back and enter the market. The PSA grades naturally will have a high price and will probably remain high.
What’s going to suck though is that raw card prices are probably then going to RISE because the true pull rate for Sunbreon will become more and more apparent. We’ll know just how rare it really is to pull it. I will remind you seeing a bunch of Sunbreons pulled on Reddit does not mean it’s common.
I say all of this because it’s what I’ve seen with other popular cards from other sets. How fast the dip and rise is isn’t known. If it was everybody could make money. So really you aren’t going to time the market and should consider just setting a budget and buying Sunbreon when you’re comfortable.
Anyway it’s speculation but I think it’s good speculation.
